摘要：近年来，随着装备制造业的发展，更多的客户对冶金产品的要求也变得越来越高。所以，冶金设备也越来越向着高精度、大型化、连续化、自动化的方向发展，从而提高冶金产品的经济效益水平和市场竞争力。这样，就对冶金设备本身的管理与维修提出了更高的要求。
Abstract: In recent years, with the development of equipment manufacturing industry, customers' requirements on metallurgical product are becoming increasingly high. Therefore, more and more metallurgical equipments develop toward the direction of high-precision, large-scale, continuous and automated, thereby enhancing the economic level of metallurgical products and market competitiveness. Therefore, it proposes a higher requirement on the management and maintenance of the metallurgical equipment.

1 企业要积极培养和造就较高素质的维修队伍
目前我国冶金设备的维修主要有两种方式：一是由冶金设备的使用单位自行管理与维修，二是由外委的维修队伍进行管理与维修。
企业要通过培训从而强化维修工作人员的专业技能，推广与使用先进的维修设备和维修工艺，全面的提高维修队伍的专业维修水平。企业应每年对各工种进行专业的技能培训，同时委派一些维修技术专家骨干外出参观与学习，力求掌握先进的设备维修管理与保养技术。
