摘 要:在我国目前的冶金工业发展过程中,加热炉主要是将钢坯通过加热技术轧制成锻造温度的设备,如果与轧钢工序进行对比可以发现,加热炉锻造工艺的耗能量几乎可以占据轧钢总体耗能量的50%以上,由此可见,研究和分析如何通过有效的手段实现加热炉节能作业对于提升整体的热效率具有重要意义。文章以此为出发点研究了燃烧优化控制技术在冶金加热炉上的技术应用,首先从基本的燃烧优化控制技术原理分析入手,在此基础之上研究了燃烧优化控制技术实现方法与节能运行情况,最后针对性的总结了燃烧优化控制技术在冶金加热炉上的技术应用。 关键词:燃烧优化控制技术,冶金加热炉,应用 中图分类号:TG307 文献标志码:A 文章编号:2095-2945(2019)03-0155-02 Abstract: In the present development of metallurgical industry in our country, the reheating furnace is mainly the equipment for rolling billet into forging temperature by means of heating technology. Comparing with the rolling process, it can be found that the energy consumption of heating furnace forging process can account for more than 50% of the total energy consumption of steel rolling.
