【摘要】随着全球化后建设市场的进一步对外开放，在我国工程建设中推行全过程清单报价，逐步与国际惯例接轨己十分必要。本文则研究其中的一个方面：冶金工程造价控制。即对投资的决策、设计以及建设实施阶段对价格的有效合管理控制，力爭把冶金工程投资控制在预定投资额以内，及时纠正偏差，并且在建设项目中合理使用财力、物力、人力，以取得最大的经济、社会效益 。

【 Abstract 】 After the globalization of the construction market with further opening, in our country in the construction of the whole project implementation list price, gradually and the international practice has very necessary. This paper is one of the study: metallurgical project cost control. That is the decision, design and investment in the implementation stage construction on the price of effective control and management, strive to make metallurgy engineering investment control in the scheduled within the investment, timely correcting deviation, and of a construction project in the rational use of financial and material resources, human, in order to obtaZmaUl33KMpjXgd0sCbGGbQ==in the biggest economic and social benefits.
